Called Chris Friday afternoon with an engine oil leak. He told me to bring it in first thing Monday morning. I did. He called Monday afternoon. Said car was repaired. I picked it up. Off I went after a friendly conversation. Just want to say that I don't need an estimate from Chris. I have been his customer for a very long time and not once have I felt he has overcharged me or taken advantage. That's not Chris. Honest, trustworthy and reliable describe the man. Quick solution with a quicker turn around. Always dependable service and repair.

I have been taking my cars (Lexus and Toyota) to C&T for the last 3 years and have been 100% satisfied. C&T has done all the services on my car for the past couple years. I'd had problems with previous repair shops over charging. A friend suggested I try C&T, even though I live in South San Jose, so its 40 miles from my home. Since then my car runs great and I don't feel price gouged every time I take my car in. The last service was a couple weeks ago for my 160k service; I dropped the car off while I flew out of SFO for a vacation. As always they gave me excellent service at a great and no pretend problems as past companies had done. I took my car into the Lexus dealer for a recall a month ago and they said all kinds of things needed to be repaired, but C&T did the service and said the car looked great.

I didn't actually bring my vehicle to the shop, but I did call to have a mechanical question answered. The person that answered the phone was very friendly, and actually took the time to walk through some Google images with me to get a better understanding of my question. In the end, he was able to answer my question and provide a thorough explanation of what was going on.
