Outstanding service and communication! I have been taking my Land Cruiser here for years. I now have over 280K miles on it, and Chris tells me I can get to 1 million with proper maintenance.

Needed my water pump replaced, they were able to finish the job same day. Great work!

me customer of c&t toyota for several yrs. chris doesnt mince words. he asks for facts about car problem & tells me his best choice for needed repair w/ price quote (after car evaluation). to me this is sign of capability & honesty. example 1: he suggested a repair based on early symptom that his team had uncovered. being frugal minded, i declined. but next yr, that problem surfaced to real issue & i had to spend the $ anyway. example 2: recently i noticed radiator leak. i searched online to get quotes for replacement in my zip code. 2 sources (incl a dealership) cited a range of $a-c (under $700). i went to c&t & chris gave me a quote of $b, about middle of above range. i felt so glad that i really have good reason to go back there.

Here's the situation: in town from Oregon for 1 day to visit my very ill uncle and let my very ill mother see him before The End. He gifts me his Toyota Tacoma pickup before he dies and the plan is to drive it back to Oregon after our quick visit. Driving it around San Mateo, the CHECK ENGINE light comes on and I'm panicked about driving the 600 miles home with my mom who can't walk. C&T listened to my situation, took the truck that morning, diagnosed the issue, worked some magic to get the parts, did a complete safety inspection to make sure we would make it home, and had it ready by 3:30 in the afternoon. Like, WHUH!?!? it was an absolute miracle and I am SO appreciative of their care and service. The end of the story is that my mom had one last card game with her big brother and the Taco brought us home safely the next day. Thank you, Chris, Leslie and the whole crew!

Brought my old Lexus in to get it ready for my daughter's college graduation gift and they did a wonderful job in getting it back into top condition. Chris and staff are very welcoming, upfront/honest and knowledgeable. Even though I didn't make an appointment, they still allowed me to drop it off on the same day and worked on it for awhile. Communication was good and price was under what I had budgeted for. I'll definitely have my daughter bring it back for regular maintenance items and to keep it running smoothly for the next 10+ years.

Solid and honest service. Don't go to the Putnam lexus for your service and just come here instead. Chris saved me from doing thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs.

Chris and the team at C & T keep my Toyota running at its top performance year after year. Regular maintenance is reasonably priced and well worth doing to have a vehicle that doesn't break down.
