Chris is straight with you. He might not call you every minute with an update but you're okay with that because you know he's not bs'ing you. As long as it's a straight forward job, it should cost you less money and headache, compared to a dealer. Unfortunately, I had to take off a star because his mechanics were a bit sloppy putting the car back together. Some screws were still loose and headlight wires were thrown back in instead neatly tied together as it was before.
