I have been coming here for several years - workmanship and service are excellent. My older model Rav4 gets very TLC. Chris and Leslie are professional and thorough, and costs are very reasonable. They do thorough and timely work and keep track of any issues that may need to be addressed in the future. I recently had an engine check light on, and they quickly diagnosed it as a faulty exhaust gas recirculation valve, which they replaced at a reasonable price. I highly recommend C&T!! I can say that Chris is one of the most trustworthy, honest and reputable auto repair shop owner I know. I have seen him make numerous updates and improvements over the years that improve the customer service experience received. One example is the status report I receive when the work is done, not only on the work just completed, but the entire car. His prices are competitive, too.
