I have been taking my Toyota Landcruiser and Lexus ES to C & T for probably over 15 years. I can say that Chris is one of the most trustworthy, honest and reputable auto repair shop owner I know. I have seen him make numerous updates and improvements over the years that improve the customer service experience received. One example is the status report I receive when the work is done, not only on the work just completed, but the entire car. His prices are competitive, too.

Good experience. I brought my 2010 RAV4 (LE) for squeaking noises. They found and fixed the squeaking issue (loose muffler), did the 85K inspection/oil change which I also had requested. I got a detailed report of parts/labor/issues discovered/conditions of wear down parts such as brake pads, drive belt, etc. Final charge was 223 dollars which wasn't cheap but well worth to me.

Chris is amazing. I truly appreciate his candid and clear explanation of all issues he discovers. He is the rare businessman who never tries to 'upsell' you services you don't need. His efforts are completely directed at maintaining and extending the life of your vehicle as long as possible, and will be honest with you when he foresees 'big' events coming down the road. I've had to bring my car here twice, each time for completely different reasons. They are very kind, very knowledgeable and very honest. Chris does an excellent job explaining what's wrong, what they did to fix it and long it'll take to fix. They are also extremely fast at resolving problems with your car. I took my car there and it was fixed within 2 or 3 days (basically faster than I could arrange time off to pick it up). Keep up the great work!

Great experience. I've been exclusively using C & T for years, and when I bring my Siena here for repair or maintenance, I 100% trust that my car is in good hands. Everything is thoroughly explained with clear options on what must be done and what can wait. I hope to keep my 2000 Siena for sometime longer, but when I have to replace it, one of the reasons my next car will be a Toyota is that I'll have a trustworthy specialist to help maintain it.
