Very thorough, good documentation, and clear knowledge of specific Toyota maintenance schedules. When my ToyotaCare expired I was looking for a private shop and was pleased to find this one. I’ll be back for every major service interval from here on out.

I can not say I have ever experienced anyone who uses social media in the Community to extend more hate than your owner. You have to do a double-take to believe the vile attacks you make on our Country and our President and that is why our family will never do business with your Toyota Lexus shop. We have quite a few cars in our extended fancily and we have communicated with each other to not only stop doing business with you but to spread the news in our San Mateo community. I thought maybe it was an isolated occurrence but after we reviewed your Facebook postings recently when you used those poor children who were abused in an attempt to attack our President was unforgivable and rather Low-IQ. Shame on you. Our suggestion to you is to stay off social media with your hate. We need to make sure we keep our children away from people like you and your questionable character. Thank you

I've used C&T for several years, at the recommendation from a local police officer. Always pleased with the thorough and detail explanation of the work done and other service needed. I couldn't be more pleased with the owner, Chris and Leslie's customer service. And have/do highly recommend this shop....especially if you own a Toyota. I own a 1997 Toyota, and they have kept it running, sparing me the cost of a new car payment.

Work was done in a timely basis, Chris identified some other problems with the car, Rear axle bearing, and was still able to get the car done in a timely manner. Chris explained the problem and the solution and I agreed with all he had to say, as I usually work on my own car is nice to know you can trust another to the work. Price was fair, a little higher than I'm used to, but I feel more comfortable and would rather pay a bit more and know the car was fixed correctly. I will be bringing my car back to Chris if any future problems arise. Its nice to not worry about the car because you know its in good hands. Thanks Chris.

Very good service. I like how Chris explains all the things that were checked. Fair price.

My truck has 160,000 miles on it and Chris keeps it going, we might see 260,000! I really appreciate Chris’s long term view. He cares and will go the extra mile to make sure you return as happy customer, again and again. He has earned my business.
