They get it done right, quickly, and at a very fair price. My 2004 Sienna has 160,000 miles, never any trouble with it, probably because they have done all of the major maintenance. I drive over from Moraga. They have a great deal set up with Enterprise Rent-a-Car if you need a ride while your car at their shop. Well worth the trip from afar. A no-brainer if you live anywhere on the Peninsula.

Chris did a great job with my car. I have a 2003 Corolla that was making an awful sound and he fixed it up for me and replaced a belt that was squeaking. It was my first time going to this shop and as a women I hesitate bringing cars in because I think I am going to get ripped off because I have no clue about cars and what it was making the noise! Anyhow, the car runs good as new and he even cleaned my headlights that were turning yellow for free!

I have not questioned any of the work C&T has done on any of the 3 Toyotas I have owned. Chris is always honest in what needs to be replaced or perhaps just cleaned. I have never felt like he is trying to upsell me or do work that is unnecessary. I have recommended Chris to others and I haven't heard any complaints - just praises for the work at C&T.

I can only full agree with the accolades that have already been written. Chris serviced my '01 Toyota Avalon many times. The bill was usually less than I would have anticipated. Honest no-BS service. Chris did not even want me to purchase a new computer for the vehicle for $49 on ebay, stating that he could do better than that through his channels. Highly recommended. Five stars, definitely!

Chris at C&T Automotive is the best mechanic I've ever had. He's extremely knowledgable, fair and honest. He's been taking excellent care of both of our Toyotas for many years and I can highly recommend his services.

I have been overdue in writing a review on Chris at C&T Toyota. He is AWESOME and VERY honest! After getting a $600 estimate from Toyota 101 for a repair on my 2004 Highlander, I took it to Chris for a 2nd opinion. Best thing I ever did! Chris found that the work Toyota gave me an estimate for was covered under a "Product Service Notice" issued from Toyota's main factory. Why did'nt they tell me that at Toyota 101??! My car was still covered under the warranty mileage (I was under by 300 miles), so I took it back to Toyota 101, showed them the Service Notices issued from their factory, and lo and behold, Toyota had to fix it on their dime, and REFUND the $100 diagnostic charge. I will NEVER return to Toyota 101, and despite that Chris is not open on Saturdays, will go out of my way to give him business and refer him as much as I can. ALWAYS get a 2nd opinion, especially from Chris at C&T Toyota!!

Chris is "old school".He appreciates every customer, every referral, and is easy to talk to.I previously owned a Volvo that was getting up in age. My next car was a Toyota. I was amazed at the difference in price just for an oil change.( like from 100 down to 30!) (the Volvo went to a different place)Chris makes me feel like he is part of the community and that "we are all in this together"I have recommended him to everyone I know that has a Toyota..
